50 bedded AYUSH integrated hospital to Tirupathi and Puttaparthi

SripadReport on visit of Sri Shripad Naik to Tirumala and Puttaparthi

Shripad Naik,Hon’ble Minister of State for AYUSH, Ministry of   AYUSH,Govt.of India inaugurated the Free Homoeo Medical Camp at Tirumala organised by the Dept.of AYUSH, Govt.of Andhra Pradesh on 3rd January 2015.

Shri Naik stated that  Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister had launched the National Ayush Mission and around Rs.5,000 crores have been allocated in the 12th Five year Plan for the development of AYUSH in our country. He assured to allocate the 50 bedded AYUSH integrated hospital to Tirupathi   and Puttaparthi for the interdisciplinary health care and research.

Dr.G.Srinivasulu, Asst.Professor, Govt.Homoeopathic Medical College, Kadapa apprised the Hon’ble Minister on the proposals submitted by the Govt.of Andhra Pradesh under National Ayush Mission implementation. He has explained the proposals on Ayush gram,School Health Programs, Digital Medical Education,Telemedicine and Epidemics control programs in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Dr.Venkatram Naik, Regional Deputy Director, Dept.of Andhra Pradesh, Dr.Mohana Krishna, Program Supervisor and other doctors participated in the camp. The doctors  rendered services to 5,600 pilgrims and treated them for various medical problems.

Hon’ble Minister for AYUSH had also discussed with Sri D.Sambasvia Rao, Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam and assured all help from the central govt.for development of AYUSH institutes in the purview of the TTD.

Shripad Naik visited the Puttaparthi on 4th January 2015 and was the chief Guest for  the All India Bal Vikas convocation. He has appreciated the efforts of the Bhagawan Satya Sai Trust’s activities viz., Bal Vikas, Gram Seva,Institute of Higher Medical Sciences, Telemedicine and several other charitable services. He has assured the services of AYUSH systems in the health care delivery in the Satya Sai Organisations and sought suitable proposals from the state government. He had shown special interest in the Telemedicine project and directed Dr.G.Srinivasulu, who accompanied him during the visit to prepare an action plan for better utilisation of AYUSH health care,education,medicinal plants growth and research activities. He has interacted with Sri G.S.R.C.V. Prasada Rao, Secretary and Sri Ratnakar and sought suitable proposals from the Satya Seva Organisations for involvement of AYUSH health care in their network.

Dr.Naik visited the Govt.Homoeopathi Dispensary at Puttaparthi and appreciated the efforts of Dr.Krishnaiah in developing this dispensary with the help of the Satya Sai Organisations. He thanked Sri Ratnakar, Trustee, Satya Sai Central Trust for donating the building the Homoeopathic Dispensary.

On behalf of the All India Radio,Anatapur Dr.G.Srinivasulu  interviewed Shripad Naik, Hon’ble Minister for AYUSH. The Minister explained the objectives of the National Ayush Mission and elaborated the vision and mission of his ministry for develpment of AYUSH systesm of medicine in the country and he lauded the Dept.of AYUSH, Govt.of A.P. and Telangana in preventing the Japanese encephalitis in the past and congratulated the homoeopaths of the both states for their concerted efforts in propagating homeopathy to the nook and corner of the state. He has assured all assistance for AYUSH in both states.
