AYUSH dept delay -Time running out for Homoeopathy admission

students1Students are forced to join other courses due to delay and uncertainty in Homeopathy UG admission 2014

Those aspiring to pursue Homeopathy course may be forced to take up other courses this year as homeopathy colleges offering BHMS courses across the country are yet to receive affiliation renewal for  2014-15 from Central Council of Homoeopathy.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has ordered the completion of the admission process for all professional courses by July 30 — an impossibility in this case.

The admission will be possible only in August – September and candidates will be under pressure to go for other courses. Students cannot wait till September. They may have to choose other available courses.

This had happened last year as well. The Ayush Department had sent the seat matrix only by the end of August and counselling was held in September. By then, many students had joined to other courses.

Central Council of Homoeopathy advised all Homeopathy Medical Colleges across the country – not to take any Undergraduate or Postgraduate admission for the sessions 2014-2015 in the first year without obtaining permission form CCH as per the provisions of HCC (MSR) regulations 2013.

This is because the CCH has been advised by Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India vide letter No. R 17014/115/2013-EP(H) dt 4th February 2014.

  1. misinterpretation.. permission is to be given by Dept. of AYUSH (Central Govt.) not by CCH. Delay is because of Lok sabha Election.

  2. Hum nahi sudhrenge. kuchh bhi kyo na ho jaye. badi badi bate .chhote chhote dil…and pulling of the legs…………………
