• Leadership qualities
• Managerial skills ( Planning, Supervision, Delegation, Communication, Training & Coordination)
• Knowledge of Computers & Internet
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn new things and train others

Role and Responsibilities:

• Leading the team in various areas of HHC to achieve the defined goal.
• Team development, training and supervision.
• Distribution & Delegation of work to appropriate team members.
• Consulting, informing and educating the patients about Healthy Diet, Yoga & Meditation.
• Defining SOPs & Improve current operational procedures by defining problems, analyzing feasibility and implementing simple procedures to achieve the objective.
