Review and submit suggestions on draft of Clinical Establishments in Homeopathy

Ministry of Health and Family welfare has asked for review of Draft of Minimum standards for Clinical Establishments under Clinical Establishments Act.

Kindly go through the minimum standards in Homeopathy carefully and give your suggestions/comments/amendments before 20/04/2014

National Council for Clinical Establishments under the Chairmanship of Director General of Health Services, Government of India in consultation with various stakeholders has prepared draft minimum standards for various categories of Clinical Establishments for implementation of the Clinical Establishments Act.

The comments, suggestions, objections, including deletions /additions if required in the draft documents are invited from public at large, including the stakeholders like hospitals and other clinical establishments, consumer groups etc.

The comments may kindly be sent to Dr. Anil Kumar, CMO(AK) Room No.506 ‘D’ Wing, 5th Floor, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi-110018 at his email- id dr.anilkumar@nic.in  with in one month of publication of this Notice on the website.

A copy of the same may also be endorsed to nsdharmshaktu@yahoo.com

Note : The Indian Public Health Standards(IPHS) four Sub-centre, PHC, CHC, Sub-district/Sub-divisional hospital and District hospital are already approved documents. The comments are being invited only on the draft minimum standards and not on the IPHS.

  1. can patients apply insurance in homoeopathy treatment.though patient is referred to surgery in allopathy,if treated by homoeopathy doctor it patient gets cure. will they able to claim based on homoeopathy treatment?

  2. Sir,
    There are a lot of things given in this document regarding homoeopathy. I am not able to figure out completely how much of this is applicable to a clinic run by a single physician.
    There is mention of having a nurse, housekeeping staff and so many equipments which are not at all feasible in this kind of setup. There is also a long list of allopathic medicines used in emergency and anaesthesia.
    Can you please guide us a little about this; I mean the things necessary for a clinic like mine.
