On the 264th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, L. R. Shah Homoeopathy College had arranged a seminar on “Homoeopathy & Mental Health” at Gardi Vidyapith Campus, Rajkot on 7th April, 2019.
The Seminar was delivered by Dr. Manoj Patel who is a renowned international speaker and a leading Homoeopathic Psychiatrist in India.
To grace this wonderful initiative by Smt. T.V. Mehta Charitable Foundation, Hon. Dr. Nitin Pethani (Vice-chancellor, Saurashtra University), Hon. Dr.Vijay Deshani (Pro.Vice-Chancellor, Saurashtra University), Hon. Dr.Mehul Rupani (Syndicate Member, Saurashtra University) and Mr. Kirit Adroja (Managing Director, Angel Pumps) remained present.
Along with all the dignitaries, Mr. D. V. Mehta – Chairman, Mr. Kiran Shah – Trustee, Mr. Jay Mehta – Managing Director were also present to host the entire event.
The whole Programme was arranged under the efforts and guidance of the Principal Dr.Arvind Bhatt and whole event was Co-ordinated by Dr.Nishant Pandya (Academic In-charge), teaching faculties and students of college.
The Speaker – Dr. Manoj Patel was very Dynamic and having In-depth command over the subject. It was a lively interactive seminar and over-whelming response with active involvement from the audience. More than 400 delegates attended this seminar from all over Gujarat. The Participants of the seminar comprised of Homoeopathic Doctors, Students From 1st year to Final Year BHMS, interns from all the homoeopathic colleges over Gujarat remained present.
The Various principles of the organon of medicine with aphorisms and homoeopathic philosophy and its practical utility in actual clinical practice were explained with clarity through demonstration of treated cases. Approach to Pyschiatric Cases in Paediatrics and Cases of IPD in Pyschiatric Ward of Hospital were shown and explained. Everyone learned how to perceive patients psychosomatic expression and treating it step by step and managing each layers of psychosomatic manifestations.
Participants learned how to apply knowledge of organon of medicine into clinical utility easily and effortlessly and a part of Homoeopathic Materia medica was also explained by compare & contrast of various remedies and applying it in our clinical practice to make homoeopathy Easy, Effective and Efficient.
At the end, Vote Of Thanks was given by Dr. Arvind Bhatt – Principal for the overwhelming response of the seminar and the event proved to be a beneficial one for all the participants.
