National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) informed all the Homoeopathic Medical Colleges across India about the Penalty for the non-compliance and the forged documents as per the NCH Assessment and rating Board of Medical Education Regulation 2024.
In the order 35-1/MARBH/NCH/2026-27/12333-12628 dt 10.02.2026 NCH imposed the following fines as mentioned below
1. For submitting forged documents – Rs. 5 Lakh
2. False teaching Experience : 5 lakh per teacher
3. Ghost teachers : 10 lakh per faculty, 5 lakh for such teacher
4. Failure to rectify deficiencies within the allotted time : Rs. 5 lakh
5. Penalty for non NEET/non-AIAPGET admission per student : Rs. 10 lakh per student
NCH advised all the institutions to take immediate corrective measures
