Background:
Yoga has been increasingly recognized for its positive influence on mental and physical well-being, particularly among young adults. This study aimed to compare the effects of yoga on quality of life, life satisfaction, and happiness among Homoeopathy (BHMS) and Naturopathy (BNYS) students.

Objectives:
To assess and compare how regular yoga practice impacts quality of life, life satisfaction, and happiness levels among Homoeopathy and Naturopathy students aged 18–25 years.

Methodology:
A prospective, questionnaire-based study was conducted using purposive sampling. A total of 130 eligible students from Alva’s Homoeopathic Medical College and Alva’s College of Naturopathy and Yogic Science, Mijar, participated. Data were collected through a self-filled online Yoga Impact Assessment Questionnaire. Participants included students with at least 3 months of regular yoga practice. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to evaluate the responses.

Results:
The majority of students reported improvements in mental calmness, emotional well-being, concentration, memory, physical flexibility, and sleep quality following regular yoga practice. Approximately 72% agreed or strongly agreed that yoga contributed positively to their happiness and well-being. Students also reported reduced negative emotions, better performance in daily activities, greater satisfaction with bodily appearance, and a more meaningful life perspective. There was no significant variation observed between Homoeopathy and Naturopathy students in terms of benefits experienced, indicating similar positive outcomes across both disciplines.

Conclusion:
Yoga practice positively impacts the quality of life, life satisfaction, and happiness among both Homoeopathy and Naturopathy students. The results suggest that integrating regular yoga sessions into healthcare education programs can enhance students’ overall well-being and resilience.
