Abstract
Arthritis is a degenerative joint disease that plagues millions of middle-aged and older adults. This case study discusses the effective control of arthritis pain in a 69-year-old female patient with Triticum Vulgaris, a somewhat unknown but very effective homeopathic medicine. The patient had chronic joint pain, stiffness, and worsening in cold, wet weather. Complete case analysis was done, and rubric selection from the Synthetic Repertory led to prescribing Triticum Vulgaris 200C.
During two months of treatment, the patient felt considerable relief from pain and stiffness, enhanced mobility, and improved quality of sleep. The study also features differential remedy analysis, wherein Triticum Vulgaris is compared with other popularly used remedies for arthritis. The case brings to the forefront the value of individualized homeopathic treatment and emphasizes the therapeutic potential of Triticum Vulgaris in the effective management of chronic arthritis symptoms..

Introduction
Arthritis is a chronic condition that results in pain, stiffness, and inflammation in the joints, and it usually results in decreased mobility and disability. Women who are older than 50 years are more likely to develop arthritis because of hormonal imbalances, genetic makeup, and lifestyle. Traditional treatments such as painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs commonly alleviate the symptoms but do not cure the condition.
Homeopathy, however, addresses arthritis in a holistic manner by taking into account the physical as well as emotional symptoms. Though common remedies like Rhus Toxicodendron, Bryonia Alba, and Calcarea Carbonica are often employed, Triticum Vulgaris is an underused yet very potent remedy in treating chronic conditions with stiffness and weakness of the joints. This article is a comprehensive case study illustrating how Triticum Vulgaris restored a 69-year-old woman from the pain of arthritis, employing homeopathic case-taking and rubric selection from the Synthetic Repertory.
