Prompt recognition and appropriate management are essential to prevent complications such as deformity, infection, or long-term disability. As a Complementary approaches, including homoeopathy, for enhancing recovery and supporting overall patient well- being. LITERATURE AND REVIEW:
DEFINITION:
- A fracture occurs when there is a break in the continuity of a bone due to fall,excessive force, trauma, or underlying pathology such as osteoporosis or bone tumors.
CLASSIFICATION:
- Types of fracture according to cause, pattern, alignment
- Based on skin integrity
- Simple or closed fracture: Bone is broken but skin remains
- Compound or open fracture: Bone piercing through the skin exposing it to air and infection risk .
