Medical Scrutiny of Cashless and Reimbursement claims or RSBY related claims as per insurance company policy terms and conditions.
- Quality checking of query and rejection letters.
- Grievance redressal of clients and insurance companies.
- Assigning claims investigations for scrutiny of claims
- Processing of claims on the basis of policy terms and conditions
Desired candidates profile
- BAMS/ BHMS graduate, having at least 6 months of experience with TPA or insurance company. Prior experience in claims management and investigation process will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills
- Pleasing personality
- Should be able to work both alone and in team.
- Should be willing to travel (If needed).
