Two cases of insect bite managed with homoeopathy

[Abstract: This article includes the clinical understanding of the teaching of our Organon of Medicine & Homoeopathic Philosophy that, in-spite of the same exciting cause and same pathology, different remedies may be needed respectively, because according to the individual and holistic reaction of the life force against the same stimuli also differ as per to the reaction of individual patient. Along with, what is to be the similia, to restore the sick to health, & how it occurs, to cure the cases homeopathically? And what is curable in disease and what is curative in medicines are also express in this article.] 

CASE NO.1:

13.06,2019 (Thursday) :

MRS. P. DEVI, AGED 50 YEARS, FEMALE, came to my clinic with a history of insect bite in her left lower eye lid before five days (mismanage the case by ointment & allopathic medicines) having rosy oedematous swelling and fluid in side; with stinging, burning pain on the affected part and the pain is relief by cold water application; she take drinks very little quantity of water and naturally passing very small quantity of urine in a whole day in the month of hot summer of June.

 Rx. Apis mellifica  200 / two doses with Sac. Lac.1; to be taken in empty stomach2, within 12 hours intervals.

2nd visit, 14.06.2019 (Friday), after 01 day :

Relief of her pain on the affected part, rosy oedematous swelling of her left lower eye lid became small and fade in colour.  

Rx. Placebo  200 / two doses with Sac. Lac.1; to be taken in empty stomach2, within 12 hours intervals.

3rd visit, 18.06.2019 (Tuesday), after 05 days :

No pain on her affected part, no oedematous swelling of her left lower eye lid, only a dry black crust on the affected part of insect bite.  

Rx. Placebo  200 / two doses with Sac. Lac.1; to be taken in empty stomach2, within 12 hours intervals.

4th visit, 22.06.2019 (Saturday), after 09 days :

No pain on her affected part, no oedematous swelling of her left lower eye lid, only a small white spot on the affected part of insect bite.  

Rx. Placebo  200 / two doses with Sac. Lac.1; to be taken in empty stomach2, within 12 hours intervals.

 No needs to take further medicine in this case.  

CASE NO.2: 

01.04,2014 (Tuesday) : Kumari R.G., AGED 22 YEARS, FEMALE, came to my OPD, at my college with a history of insect bite in her right upper eye lid before three days  (mismanage the case by so-call homoeopathic medicines)  having bluish-blackish oedematous large swelling with so much fluid in side that she unable to open her right eye;  with sore, bruise pain on the affected part and also all over the body and the pain of the affected eye relief by warm or hot application only; affected part is hypersensitive to touch; she was chilly covering herself by blanket in the month of April.

 Rx. Arnica montana  200 / two doses with Sac. Lac.1; to be taken in empty stomach2, within 12 hours intervals.

2nd visit, 03.04.2014 (Thursday), after 02 days :

Relief of her bodyache and of her right eye become slightly open, discolouration of the affected part became fade.  

Rx. Placebo  200 / two doses with Sac. Lac.1; to be taken in empty stomach2, within 12 hours intervals.

3rd visit, 05.04.2014 (Saturday), after 04 days :

No pain on her affected part,  oedematous swelling of her right upper eye lid till but the eye open,  a dry black crust on the affected part of insect bite.  

Rx. Placebo  200 / two doses with Sac. Lac.1; to be taken in empty stomach2, within 12 hours intervals

4th visit, 08.04.2014 (Tuesday), after 07 days :

No pain on her affected part, no oedematous swelling of her affected eye lid, only a small white spot on the affected part of insect bite.  

Rx. Placebo  200 / two doses with Sac. Lac.1; to be taken in empty stomach2, within 12 hours intervals. 

 No needs to take further medicine in this case.
