  1. Research experience should not be considered equivalent to teaching experience.
So the clause under Associate Professor ” Recognised postgraduate qualification in concerned subject with 5 years full-time research experience in Research Centres of Central Government or State Govt or Union Territory ” should be removed. That can be considered under the Research Methodology department only.
  2. The basics of Practice of Medicine should be a part of All specialties. A good understanding of Practice Medicine is essential for all postgraduate students. So item 3 in all specialties may be changed as “ Advance learning of materia medica and practice of medicine in relation to ……
  3. UG faculty shall not be considered as a guide for PG program – this clause should be removed – due to the shortage of teaching staff in many Govt Colleges
