Job Details:
Experience: – BHMS/BAMS/BDS with 1 -3years of exp. in MRD department. Fresher’s can also apply.
Job Location: – Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Looking for someone who currently staying in Gujarat itself.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire mail dispatch of the MRD.
- Responsible to submit all Medical Record document in the relevant departments..
- Responsible for daily sending and collecting the mails from the post office and handing over to the concerned persons.
- Maintaining the registers for all the incoming Registered post, speed post and couriers.
- Sending the Registered post, speed post and couriers from the hospital side and maintaining a Register.
- Loading of the Franking machine from time to time.
- Maintaining the dispatch register for all the necessary documents sent from MRD
