We invite all Interns and doctors to send us their one best case of their practice.
Participants should e-mail their case or can send by post
Once case minimum 4-5 Months Follow-up from each Doctor /Intern will be registered
Only 20 contestants will be selected out of Interns & Doctors their entry will be free for the HOMOEOPATHIC Clinical Workshop by Dr Manish Bhatia ON 29-30 April 2017
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS:
FOR INTERNS:
Each Contestant has to submit PHOTO ID PROOF(aadhaar,voter id,passport) & PROVINSIONAL Registration Copy
If someone fail to submit their documents their entry will be cancelled .
FOR HOMEOPATHIC DOCTORS:
Each Contestant has to submit PHOTO ID PROOF(aadhaar,voter id,passport) & BHMS DEGREE Copy
If someone fail to submit their documents their entry will be cancelled .

FOR DOCTORS:
- 1ST Prize Rs 10,000 Cash
- 2ND Prize Rs 5,000 Cash
- 3rd Prize HOMOEOPATHIC BOOKS

- FOR DOCTORS RS 250 /-
