Certificate Course in Healthcare Quality (CCHQ) by Public Health Foundation of India
Course Duration: 20th – 25th May, 2019
The Certificate Program in Healthcare Quality combines the theoretical and practical aspects of quality at every level of healthcare delivery and personnel involved. With physicians, nurses and health professionals playing a pivotal role quality healthcare delivery, the course helps in improving the healthcare services being provided across the nation.
The course utilizes a variety of teaching & learning techniques. CCHQ is a 6 day course that will be offered on a modular basis with judicious mix of case studies, interim assignments, group activities, problem solving techniques and contact sessions with great flexibility to accommodate participant’s queries. Course will also comprise of integrated project work and comprehensive learning package including printed/CD modules provided by the organizing institutions.
Certificate Course in Healthcare quality has the following modules:
1. Introduction to quality and health
2. Measurement systems for healthcare quality
3. Science of quality improvement
4. Tools for quality improvement
5. Clinical governance
6. Development of a quality culture and aspects of quality management.
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERION
Medical /Dental /AYUSH graduates /Nursing professionals (with at least 2 years’ experience in healthcare sector)
AWARD OF CERTIFICATE
The candidate completing the training program successfully will be awarded certificate of completion which will be jointly issued by PHFI, AHPI and NHSRC.
