National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli (NITT) in Tamil Nadu is a residential campus having more than 10,000 residents of Staff, Students and their family members. The campus has its own 24×7 hospital to cater the medical needs of the residents. Applications are invited from eligible and willing doctors for engagement as Visiting Consultant for NITT hospital.

The initial Engagement will be for a period of 6 months. Further, extension of Engagement, as per Institute’s policy, may be considered based on performance of the Visiting Consultant and also, upon requirement.
Selection:
Personal Interview. The venue of interview will be in the Senate Room, Admin Block, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli – 620 015.
Prescribed application form and other details may be downloaded from Institute’ website http://www.nitt.edu and the application duly filled in the prescribed form along with a set of self-attested copies of documents in support of date of birth / age / educational / professional qualification, post-qualification experience etc., should reach the office of The Registrar, National Institute of Technology, Tanjore road, Tiruchirappalli –15. Tamil Nadu PIN: 620015 on or before 23.04.2018 (5.00 PM). The envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the post of Visiting Consultant”. The Institute shall not be responsible for postal delays, if any.
