Public Health Foundation of India require Regional Quality Assurance Officer for Bihar and Orissa

Position Title : Regional Quality Assurance Officer (3 Positions)
Location : Bihar/Orissa
Duration of Position : One year initially (to be extended based on performance of the incumbent or need of the project)
Brief on the Organization: The Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) is working towards building a healthier India
Project Brief: The two years DFID supported Reproductive Health Framework project aim to reduce maternal mortality through family planning and safe abortion in the State of Bihar and Odisha which has very high unmet need and low contraceptive prevalence rate. Bihar is also highest Total Fertility Rate in India. The project works through a consortium partnership where PHFi is a partner. The role of PHFI is capacity building of private providers who has been associated in the project. Till now PHFI completed training of all franchisee doctors and one of the paramedical staff of 394 clinics. Now PHFI will support the Quality assurance component for which a technical team will be constituted.
Qualification:
Essential : MBBS / AYUSH/ MSW
Desirable : PG Diploma in Public Health Management, MPH or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 3 years post qualification
Desirable : Experience in Public Health. Preference will be given who has worked under NRHM or exposure on components under RMNCH+A
Annual Salary (CTC) will be approximately Rs. 360,000/- and will be based on the available skills and fitment of the incumbent as per the selection process.
