Pregnancy and giving birth to a baby are physiological and natural phenomena and do not require much medication, since they are not diseases. Undoubtedly they cause some amount of stress to all the systems and hence require extra care and skillful management. There may be some disorders during pregnancy like abdominal pain, constipation etc. Also complaints during parturition and after delivery. Most of the complaints are very well represented in the pregnancy chapter.
