This will concern all homeopaths in the state of Maharashtra, India – renewals of registration are due for all those with registration nos. 1 to almost 45,000.
After the last date there is a fine of approx. Rs.3000/=
There is a renewal notice put up on their website (in Marathi) – http://www.mchmumbai.org
Take along the original first registration certificate, a xerox copy of the identity card they have issued to us, a bank demand draft of Rs.600/= in the name of The Registrar, Maharashtra Council of Homoeopathy, Mumbai and submit these to their Fort office in Mumbai.
Those who have not been issued an identity card yet have to carry along 4 passport sized photos and a demand draft of a larger amount (not sure what, please check their website).
Find J form attached to be filled for renewal of your registration.

I am just few days barely a week delayed .My submission date is 11 june 2020 I REQUEST you to waive off the penalty for delay .I trust with the COVID 19 situation as most of us are working overtime and the “esteemed Maharashtra council” can take not of it and be sensitive towards penalty charges .
Also for the current situation penalty charges are too steep.
I trust you will reckon this mail in full consideration and sensitivity

PS HOPING TO RECEIVE REPLY SOON FOR WAIVING OFF THE PENALTY for barely a week delay.
My renewal is till 12/6/2020.for renewal it shows no record found.Telephone also not received in office so I cannot renewal my certificate what should I do?.
I have done online Renewal of my registration,but there it shows not get renewal, given fees with penalty

My validation is there till 19/10/2020. It is mentioned on the Certificate, but in your record it is showing till 19/10/2015.
Please help mein this regards.
