Delhi University BHMS admission 2016 for Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College

Applications are invited for Admission to Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) 5½ years Course 2016-2017 at Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College, New Delhi.

The last date for submission of Application Form is 04/11/2016.

Application Form may also be downloaded from websites www.du.ac.in, www.fmsc.ac.in & www.nhmc.delhigovt.nic.in and submit the same, duly filled in and complete in all respects with requisite Demand Draft, to the office of the Joint Registrar, Faculty of Homoeopathic Medicine, 6th Floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi- 110007 on or before 04/11/2016.

(iii) The Application Form can also be obtained, by hand against Demand Draft from the office of the Principal, Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College, B -Block, Defence Colony, New Delhi.

Eligibility Conditions:

(A) Age: He/She must have attained or will attain the age of Seventeen (17) years as on 31st December 2016.

(i) For 85% Delhi Quota Seats : The candidates seeking admission to 1st Prof. BHMS course must have passed Intermediate/Senior School Certificate Examination (CBSE)/Indian School Certificate Examination (12 years course) or any other equivalent Examination recognized by the University of Delhi for admission to Undergraduate courses with 50% or more marks in the aggregate of three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and has also passed English as one of the subject from a recognized school conducting regular classes situated

within the National Capital Territory of Delhi (except Patrachar Vidyalaya and Open School) (40% Marks in case of SC/ST/OBC category candidates). While deciding the merit the marks obtained in English will not be taken into consideration.

In respect of candidates with locomotory disability of lower limbs, the minimum of 45% for Gen-PwD and 40% Marks for SCPwD/ST-PwD/OBC-PwD are required.

(ii) For 15% All India Quota Seats (except Delhi quota) : The candidates from all over India who have passed the prescribed qualifying examination from an Indian University/Board (12 years course) from a recognized school conducting regular classes or any other equivalent Examination recognized by the University of Delhi for admission to Undergraduate courses with 50% or more marks in the aggregate of three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and has also passed English as one of the subject (except Patrachar Vidyalaya and Open

School) (40% Marks in case of SC/ST/OBC category candidates). While deciding the merit the marks obtained in English will not be taken into consideration.
