Abstract:-
Introduction-
Herein, reporting a case of a female patient of 36 years old who came with the chief complaint of burning pain of Rectum for long time after stool with bleeding during stool. She also having complaints of anal fissure and Hard stool. The purpose of this case report is to emphasis on this type case and how it can be managed by Homoeopathic treatment.
Material & Methods-
- Patient– This is a acute case of one female patient. Patient is suffering from last few days.
- Case Taking– History of patients was taken for analyzing the case.
- Homoeopathic Remedy– Best selected homoeopathic remedy, here Nitricum Acidum has used.
Result-
Time to time physical investigation has shown that the symptoms gradually improved and finally cured.
Discussion
It is concluded that anal fissure is a very common conditions encountered mainly due to hard stool. But too much bleeding during stool is very serious condition and most emergency condition. By following the Homoeopathic approach a remedy which is Nitricum Acidum has been selected and also Geranium Maculatum Q also given to manage the acute condition of the case.
Conclusion
According to the Concept of acute disease the most important chief symptoms of the patient is very necessary. By following the rules of Homoeopathy Nitricum Acidum LM potency was selected & Geranium Maculatum Q also used to control the acute stage. Patient cured by these remedy.
