The discrepancy in the duty hours of Interns, Clinical and Non-Clinical teachers in Homoeopathy Medical Colleges

In a letter dated 22 April 2009 council states that – homoeopathy medial colleges should function at least 7 hours.
But in an RTI dated January 2018 – Council states that – Nothing has been prescribed regarding the duty hours of clinical teachers, non-clinical teachers and medical officers.
More over the duty hours of Interns is 6 hours only as per RTI
The workload of the clinical teacher is comparatively high that of a non-clinical teacher – In addition to OPD, IPD and Theory classes- they have to take night duty, evening duty, Sunday morning duty, PG classes and seminars.
