Homoeopathic practitioners (Professional Conduct,Etiquette and Code of Ethics) Amendment bill 2018
After 5A of the aid regulations, the following matters inserted
“ 5B. A practitioner of Homoeopathy shall provide the prescription to a patient or authorised attendant or legal authority within the period of 72 hours as requested or required by such person”
