Abstract
Gangrene is a serious and potentially life threatening condition resulting from loss of blood supply, commonly associated with diabetes mellitus and peripheral vascular disease. It may lead to severe complications, including amputation. This case report describes the management of gangrene using individualized homoeopathic treatment, aiming to stimulate healing, improve local circulation, and prevent surgical intervention. Remedies were selected based on the totality of symptoms. The case suggests a possible supportive role of homoeopathy in gangrene management; however, further research is required to validate its effectiveness
