Salary: 2.4 L/A to 4.2 L/A + 20% incentives based on Fixed Salary.
For Relocation: 15 days Accommodation at free of cost + provide you upto 30K as relocation charges.

Job Description
- The scribe would be responsible for us physician documentation on the electronic platform.
- Listen to the Physician Patient interaction.
- Understand the conversation and take the notes from physician patient interaction under different fields like history of present illness, physical examination, plan details etc.
- Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record.
- Generate the chart notes.
