i was told from moh office that a short term course certificate in first aid or so is necessary to apply for moh tcam exam,but i came across a line in your article that one may sit for the exam without such a certificate,butshould procure before interview.please be kind to tell me if i can apply for the exam without such a certificate..
also,please let me know by whom experience certificate is to be attested.
