Government of Kerala recently formulated a guidelines for Performance Based Appraisal System (PABS) for Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) Promotions under Government and Aided Homoeopathy Medical Colleges in the state.
The Guidelines have been based on Appendix III of the UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for appointment of teachers and other academic staff in Universities and Colleges and Measure for the maintenance of Standards in Higher education 2013.
Date of implementation: 01.06.2018 retrospectively. All teachers must satisfy these norms for promotion to higher posts.
