IID is an institute providing comprehensive care in Infectious diseases, especially HIV/AIDS. The institute harbors a laboratory, pharmacy, research departments in addition to the outpatient clinic.
We are recruiting for the post of Health Care Manager who will oversee the administration of the center.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Overall administration
- Supervision of staff
- Recruiting new personnel
- Formulating SOP”s & Implementation
- Maintaining inventory & patient liasoning
- Experience of handling quality audits and NABH Accreditation process.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in a health care / hospital set up. Preference will given to candidate who have atleast 6 month experience as a NABH Coordinator , Graduate / postgraduate in health care management with medical background preferred (BHMS, BAMS, and MBBS) Salary commensurate with knowledge & experience.
