ABSTRACT
There are different repertories having many clinical rubrics which are time proven but few of them become popular and remain in mind of a physician. Few medicines of few clinical rubrics are forgotten treasure in homoeopathic literature. This article is to remind us one of such approach to cases which requires pathological approach with clinical rubrics. It is an attempt to compile the important clinical rubrics from homeopathic medical repertory [3rd rev edition] with first and second grade remedies from the chapter clinicals which will help beginners and busy practitioners to arrive at a similimum and also for the students to use in the classroom for quick reference.
INTRODUCTION
An urgent and constant need was strongly felt by the professionals for a repertory which could meet the pace of development of modern pathology and internal medicine. This need was fairly and squarely authored by Robin Murphy. Homeopathic Medical Repertory, a modern alphabetical repertory is mainly based on Repertory of Homeopathic Materia Medica by Dr. J.T. Kent, Repertory of Herring’s guiding symptoms of our Materia Medica by C.B. Knerr. Homeopathic Medical Repertory is based on the principles of clinical as well as classical homeopathic practice. 1
Chapters : There are 74 chapters which are given in the alphabetical order starting with chapter abdomen and ending in chapter wrists.
Gradation: There are 4 typographs used in this repertory to indicate the gradation of remedies.
