A research article on What is Homoeopathic symptom, in daily practice and research? State that the same homoeopathic repertory is used all over the world for more than a century, despite of the huge difference in the climatological, cultural and other variations and historical development and that the cultural difference doesn’t hinder the use of rubrics concerning the emotions, and food desires; and we don’t have different rubrics for different countries or culture.
A research article on Antibiotic resistance: Homoeopathic perspective, that the various deadly bacterial diseases such as Tuberculosis (TB), which were treated and well managed by antibiotics in past are now becoming drugs resistance. The Germ will lead to illness primarily when the person’s immune and defense system is not strong enough to combat them. The Biologist call it “host resistance” and physicians refers it to “susceptibility”. Homoeopathy has been treating infectious diseases successfully since pre-antibiotics era. Various studies support’s that homoeopathic treatment is equivalent in effectiveness to antibiotics for certain human infectious diseases.
A randomized placebo-controlled pilot trial was conducted see the effectiveness of Homoeopathic management of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder at Central Research Institute, Kottayam, Kerala, India. The sample size was 54 (homoeopathy = 27, placebo = 27), these patients were analyzed under modified intension to treat (ITT). All the patients under the homoeopathic group showed better outcome in baseline adjusted General Linear Model (GLM), repeated measures ANCOVA for oppositional, cognition problems, hyperactivity and ADHD Index and also the mean baseline adjusted treatment difference between groups at 12 months from baseline for all individual outcome measure favored Homoeopathic group, thus concluding that the individualized Homoeopathic medicines have therapeutic effects on ADHD children.
