the Endeavour Awards are now open, closing on 30th June. These awards can support the studies of incoming scholars from MUHS India in the following categories:
- Endeavour Postgraduate Scholarship (Masters or PhD level studies at the University of Sydney)
- Endeavour Research Fellowship and Endeavour Australia Cheung Kong Research Fellowship (short term research of between 4 and 6 months at the University of Sydney) – the scholars can be enrolled in a Masters or PhD at their home university in India or can be postdoctoral researchers
- Endeavour Australia India Education Council (AIEC) Research Fellowship (support for postgraduate students and postdoctoral fellows from India to undertake short-term research of between 4-6 months in Australia)
- Endeavour Executive Fellowship (professional development opportunities between 1-4 months)

All recipients will receive (in AUD$):
- travel allowance: $3,000 (provision to pay up to $4,500 under special circumstances)
- establishment allowance: $2,000 (fellowships) or $4,000 (scholarships)
- monthly stipend: $3,000 (paid up to the maximum category duration on a pro-rata basis)
- health insurance for the full category duration (OSHC for international recipients)
- travel insurance (excluding during programme for international recipients)
The Scholarships provide up to $15,000 per semester tuition fees, however the Sydney Medical School will provide a scholarship to fund the “gap” to cover the full cost of tuition for up to two years for Masters programs and 4 years for PhD programmes. https://internationaleducation.gov.au/endeavour%20program/scholarships-and-fellowships/international-applicants/pages/international-applicants.aspx
